A wedding venue website built around the date, not just the name

A wedding venue website earns a booked date when the first screen answers what every couple is actually comparing: what the room looks like set for a ceremony and reception, whether their date is even open, and what it costs to hold it. Everything else on the site exists to get a couple to that answer faster than the venue down the road.

Questions from wedding venues

How fast can a wedding venue site go live?

The base plan launches in 7 days once photos and room details are in hand. The plans that add the AI Engine or weekly written content take a little longer, 10 and 15 days, because there is more to configure before launch.

What does a wedding venue website cost?

Plans start at $127 a month for the built site, hosting and monthly edits, with a one-time $697 build fee invoiced after the site is live, not before. There is no separate charge for the gallery, the date checker or the preferred vendor page; they are part of the build.

Can we update packages and gallery photos ourselves as the season changes?

Yes. Every plan includes 5 revisions a month, which covers swapping in real wedding photos, adjusting packages or updating a sold-out date. Anything beyond that is billed at $20 per additional revision.

Do you run tours or coordinate weddings at the venue?

No. VenueWebStudio designs and manages the website only; we are not a wedding venue, a planner or a licensed coordinator. Your team still runs tours, holds dates and works with vendors. The site's job is to get couples inquiring with a real date and a realistic budget already in mind.
